2. Allow a Full Melt Pool: On the first burn, let the candle melt across the entire surface to avoid tunneling. This will help maximize the candle's lifespan and scent throw.
3. Burn Time: For best results, limit each burn session to 3-4 hours. This helps maintain the candle's quality and prevents overheating.
4. Safety First: Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, flammable items, and out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
5. Storage: Keep your candle in a cool, dry place, and cover it with the lid when not in use to preserve the fragrance and prevent dust from settling.

-All our candles have unique designs and different shapes, we DO NOT GUARANTEE that your candle will burn out completely. These candles are more suitable as decorations, but you can also burn them.

-All our candles are individually hand-poured, which means there may be slight variations in color, texture, and appearance between each product.

-These small differences are a natural result of the artisanal process, making each candle uniquely crafted just for you.

Since each of our candles is made specially for you in your chosen color and fragrance, we’re unable to offer return or exchanges.

We do accept replacement if:

-Your candle arrives broken/damaged (please share an uncut opening video as proof).

-You receive a wrong item by mistake.

In such cases, just let us know within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll happily make it right for you. ✨
