Refund policy

At Nishh, most of our pieces are made-to-order or crafted in small batches. We request you to read the policy carefully before placing your order.

Candles

-All candles are made-to-order in your selected colour and fragrance.
-Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

-Replacement is only applicable in case of damage or incorrect product.
-An uncut opening video must be shared within 2 days of delivery.

-International orders are not accepted for candles.

-Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
-Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

-Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

-Returns are generally not accepted.

-If exceptionally approved, all costs including return shipping, duties, taxes, and reshipping must be borne by the customer.

-International orders are exchange-only and not eligible for refunds.
-All shipping costs for exchanges must be borne by the customer.

-Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
